Contact and email delivery

We process your name, email address and any optional details, such as phone number, dates, company, project and billing address, to answer your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contractual requests; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) applies based on our legitimate interest in answering messages. Fields marked * are needed for the form. Providing data is voluntary; without contact details we cannot reply.

When activated, the form uses Resend (PlusFiveFive, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor. Contact details and message content are transmitted and also processed in the United States. The applicable transfer basis and a data processing agreement must be established before activation; the provider supplies a DPA including standard contractual clauses. Protecting the enquiry form

The form checks submitted values, the request origin and a field hidden from visitors to detect automated submissions.

Language preference and map

Automatic language selection uses the language sent by your browser. Only a manual selection stores the bremio-locale cookie containing de or en for one year. It serves your requested language preference only (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). You may delete it in your browser.

The external map is loaded only after you select “Load map”. The OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) then receives your IP address, browser data and requested map sections. The basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. “Close map” stops further map requests without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Your choice is not stored permanently. The website has no analytics or advertising trackers. System fonts and the façade illustration are provided locally. External links open only when selected and are governed by the respective provider’s privacy notice.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future.
